Ebooks:

Juliette Duncan Bookstore currently sells digital products on this website. Your product will be delivered to you via a download link in an email immediately after your purchase. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam, junk, or promotional folder as some email providers send emails there sometimes rather than your inbox. 

Paperbacks:

You will be charged a flat shipping rate, but we do not have any control over how long paperbacks take to deliver, although it's usually between 7 and 45 days.

NOTE: Deliveries may take longer over busy periods such as Christmas.

You will be notified of the expected delivery date within 24-48 hours after placing your order. Orders placed in the US, Australia, the UK, and Canada are printed in and posted from those countries. Orders placed in New Zealand are printed and posted from Australia.
